Most 3D printed houses are made of concrete, which means that they can last for several years, with an estimated lifespan of 50 years or so. This will of course also depend on the quality of materials used during the construction process together with proper maintenance.
3D printed houses are safe as they are strong and durable. They are also purposefully designed to withstand varying harsh weather conditions as well as natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons. However, since 3D printed houses are not like traditional homes, they still need to pass the requirements given by the local government to be able to live in them.
